White Currents

So I figure I'll try to post more regular updates on what I'm working on. I wanted to keep updates regarding my digital comic series, White Currents, on a separate blog, but I figure it'll be easier to keep things in one location.

Right now I'm in the storyboarding/design phase. Because I'm working on this on my own, I won't be doing too much in terms of making polished boards or designs or anything. Just things which I'll be able to look at for my own reference. I really want to get some kind of demo out as soon as I can, so I'll be focusing on producing a short prologue or trailer first.

So I'll just leave it with scans of some of the storyboards I have, along with a sketch I did for one of the characters. You'll have to ignore the pieces of dialogue in the storyboard. Those are placeholders for now.

Work in Progress

New blog template is a work in progress. I'm trying to make it match my website in appearance, which recently got a overhaul.

I'm also working on my flash comic. Doing a test comic right now, to see how I'll be putting it together. I'll post progress as soon as I get something presentable done.

All in all, I feel pretty good. I feel like things are finally in motion now. There was a setback when I started playing EVE Online again, but I think I reigned my obsession in check.
